Common Questions
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a 25% refundable security deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and protect our sustainable collection. This is fully returned within 7 days of your event, provided items are returned in their original condition.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
We understand plans evolve. You can add items to your order up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Reductions in quantity are permitted up to 30 days prior to your delivery date.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen. Your non-refundable deposit is set in place for a reason and is there to cover the cost of minor damages. However, when damage occurs that exceeds normal wear and tear or minor damage that requires Wild Haven to have to replace or repair an item, then a larger cost replacement fee will be required.
For Bar Tokens and Gender Reveal Tokens there will be a $.25/token not returned after the event.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order. This is your day! We are simply here to provide all you need to make your day special.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak wedding season (May-October), we recommend booking 6-9 months in advance. For smaller gatherings like baby showers or graduations, 2-3 months is usually sufficient to ensure your favorite pieces are available.
